ARC
ODDR’s Assault Ready Curriculum module begins with trust. Course members learn to lean on each other under simulated stress so overwhelming it feels real, knowing that, in the next moment, that training could mean the difference between saving a fellow officer or saying goodbye. We craft scenarios that replicate urban ambushes, dynamic entries, close-quarters hostage rescues, and high-speed vehicle assaults. In each scenario, a team member discovers that muscle memory forged under duress carries forward into real-world engagements, making the split-second decisions necessary for success.

Dynamic Marksmanship
Develop instinctive shooting skills under stress. Operators learn to engage targets while on the move, transitioning between firing positions, and maintaining accuracy during rapid engagements.

Close-Quarters Combat (CQC/CQB)
Master the art of clearing rooms and tight spaces. This module emphasizes rapid decision-making, weapon manipulation in confined environments, and seamless transitions between lethal and non-lethal options.

Team Movement
Build synchronized maneuvering techniques for squad-level operations. Students practice stack formation, sector coverage, and coordinated entries, ensuring every operator understands their role in an assault package.
